There is no administration of justice to protect the lives and estates or inheritances of the litigants that come to the Stanley Mosk Courthouse Probate Department in Los Angeles, California. All Probate judges protect the crimes of the private probate lawyers, court-appointed lawyers, as well as the court-appointed and private fiduciaries, through their biased and fraudulent rulings. Probate law firms charge unjustified, overinflated prices for their representation, as do the court-appointed lawyers and fiduciaries.
The Stanley Mosk Courthouse Probate department is operated as a money-making racket enterprise for corrupt judges and lawyers.

What resources are available for victims?

We offer a variety of resources for victims of probate issues, including articles, support groups, and information on where to obtain legal advice. Our goal is to empower individuals and families affected by these situations through information and community support.

How can I get involved in advocacy?

Getting involved in advocacy is simple! You can join our mailing list for updates, participate in local events, and share your story. Together, we can push for judicial reforms and raise awareness about the challenges faced by victims of probate courts.

My family has been torn apart, and my inheritance wasted after years of litigation in the Los Angeles County Probate Department 11.  I have had about six probate judges on my case, and all of them are corrupt. Most of the lawyers I have had on my case have been bad and will not file complaints about the corrupt judges or to law enforcement agencies.

They Need Your Help!

Your donations will help our mission to stop Probate Court abuse and help the victims.

What are probate courts?

Probate courts handle the administration of estates, including wills and trusts, ensuring that the deceased’s wishes are honored and debts are settled. They also oversee guardianships and conservatorships, which can impact vulnerable individuals.

How can I seek help as a probate victim?

Victims of probate courts can seek help by connecting with advocacy groups, legal aid organizations, and support networks that specialize in probate law. These resources can provide guidance, legal representation, and emotional support to navigate the complexities of the system.

What are the common issues faced in probate cases?

Common issues in probate cases include disputes over wills, mismanagement of estates, lack of transparency, and potential abuse in guardianship or conservatorship situations. Victims often face emotional and financial hardships due to these challenges, necessitating reform and advocacy.

What reforms are being advocated for in probate law?

Advocates are pushing for reforms that enhance transparency in probate proceedings, protect the rights of vulnerable individuals, and establish stricter regulations on guardianships and conservatorships to prevent abuse and exploitation.

How can I get involved in advocacy for probate reform?

You can get involved in advocacy for probate reform by joining local organizations, participating in awareness campaigns, attending public meetings, and contacting your representatives to express your concerns. Every voice matters in the fight for justice and reform.
